Terms of service
Terms of Service
These terms describe how Kindling Co (kindlingco.store) works, what you're agreeing to when you buy from us, and what we both can expect from each other. We've written them in plain English because that's how a real brand should talk to its customers.
Last updated: 02 June 2026
1. Who we are
Kindling Co is operated by Kindling Co., based in Ireland. We make and sell digital guides for neurodivergent and stretched-thin adults.
You can reach us at hello@kindlingco.store.
2. Who can buy
You can buy from Kindling Co if you're 18 or older and able to enter a legally binding contract in your country.
We sell internationally — to anyone with a valid payment method and an email address. There are no geographic restrictions.
3. What you're buying
When you buy a Kindling Co guide, you're buying a personal-use licence to read, save, and use the PDF and any included printables. Specifically:
You can:
- Read the guide on any device you personally own
- Print it on a home printer for your own use
- Use the printables in your own household
- Share what you've learned with friends, family, or your therapist in conversation
You can't:
- Re-sell the files
- Re-distribute the files (uploading them to file-sharing sites, sending them to non-buyers, posting them publicly)
- Reproduce significant portions of the written content elsewhere as your own work
- Use the files for commercial training, coaching, or course material without explicit permission from us
If you're a therapist, coach, or practitioner and want to use the guides with multiple clients — email us. We're happy to discuss licensing.
4. How delivery works
Kindling Co sells digital products only. After you pay, you'll receive an email with download links within a few minutes. The files are yours to keep — there's no expiry, no subscription, no ongoing access fees.
If your download links don't arrive, are broken, or the files won't open: email us at hello@kindlingco.store and we'll sort it. No time limit on technical support.
5. Refunds
Our full refund policy is at kindlingco.store/policies/refund-policy. In short: 7-day no-questions refunds. We trust you.
6. What the guides are (and aren't)
Kindling Co guides are practical strategies guides. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or relationship advice. They don't diagnose any condition and aren't a substitute for support from a qualified professional. Our full disclaimer is at kindlingco.store/pages/disclaimer.
7. Your account and emails
You don't need an account to buy from us. If you sign up for our newsletter, we'll only ever use your email to send the newsletter and order-related information. You can unsubscribe anytime. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
8. Affiliate program
Some buyers find Kindling Co through affiliate links — creators or community members who recommend our guides. If you bought through one of these links, the price you paid is the same as any other buyer, and a portion of the sale goes to the person who referred you. We run our affiliate program through GoAffPro.
If you'd like to become an affiliate yourself, get in touch.
9. Intellectual property
All Kindling Co content — the guides, the printables, the brand name, the logo, the website copy — is owned by Kindling Co. Buying a guide gives you a personal-use licence (see section 3), not ownership of the underlying work.
If you see Kindling Co content being shared without permission, or someone claiming to have written one of our guides, we'd genuinely appreciate the heads-up: hello@kindlingco.store.
10. Limits of our liability
We make our guides with care and honesty. We don't promise specific outcomes — that you'll be a calmer parent, or have a tidier house, or argue less with your partner. People's lives and brains and circumstances are different, and what works for one household won't work identically for another.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kindling Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our guides, our website, or our communications. Our maximum liability for any direct loss connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
This doesn't limit any rights you have under EU consumer law that can't legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally — to reflect new products, new tools we use, or changes in the law. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. The version of the terms in force when you bought is the version that applies to that purchase.
12. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
If we ever have a disagreement that we can't sort by emailing each other first (which is genuinely how most of these get resolved), Irish courts will have jurisdiction.
If you're an EU consumer and want to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, you can find it at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Final words
We try to run Kindling Co the way we wish more brands ran themselves — clearly, kindly, and without small print designed to catch you out. If anything in these terms is unclear or feels wrong, email us. We'd rather have an honest conversation than hide behind legal language.
