What's the difference between the three guides?
Each guide tackles a different part of running a neurodivergent life. The Executive Function Cleaning Handbook is for keeping a home livable when your brain doesn't run on routine. The Neurodivergent Household Harmony Guide is for sharing the mental load with a partner. The 15 Minutes That Matter is for parents who want to connect with their kids on the energy they actually have. The Brain-Friendly Bundle gives you all three for $29.
Do I need a diagnosis to use these?
No. The guides are written from lived experience and work for anyone whose brain doesn't run on standard self-help advice — diagnosis or not. If the patterns sound familiar, the guide was written for you.
Are these medical or therapeutic advice?
No. They're practical strategies guides. They don't diagnose any condition and aren't a substitute for support from a qualified professional. Full details on our Disclaimer page.
How long does it take to read a guide?
Each guide is around 12 pages of focused content, designed to be read in one sitting or dipped into. You don't have to read cover to cover to get value — the strategies are usable from the first chapter.
Format and delivery
What format are the guides in?
PDF, designed to be read on phone, tablet, or computer. Printables are A4 and work fillable on screen or printed at home.
How do I get my files after buying?
You'll get an email with download links within a few minutes of purchase. The files are yours to keep — no subscription, no expiry.
Can I print the guides?
Yes. They're designed to work either way. The printables specifically are built to be printed on standard A4 paper or filled in on screen.
What if my download link doesn't work?
Email us at hello@kindlingco.store and we'll sort it. There's no time limit on technical support — even months after purchase, if a file won't open or a link breaks, we'll send it again.
Refunds and concerns
What if it's not right for me?
7-day no-questions refund. Email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you. You don't have to justify why or delete the files. Full details on our Refund Policy.
Can I share the guides with my partner or family?
For your household, yes. The guides are designed to be read by you and the people you live with. Please don't redistribute the files publicly or share them with people outside your household — we're a small indie business and your respect for that helps us keep going.
Bundle questions
Is the bundle a separate purchase from the individual guides?
Yes. The Brain-Friendly Bundle is a single purchase that delivers all three guides plus every printable — at $29 instead of $48 if bought individually.
What if I already bought one guide and want to upgrade to the bundle?
Email us at hello@kindlingco.store and we'll sort a discount that credits what you've already paid. We don't want anyone paying twice.

Can I become an affiliate?
