Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about what you buy from us. If a Kindling Co guide isn't what you needed, we'll refund you.

The simple version

7-day no-questions refund. If you've bought a guide and it isn't right for you — for any reason — email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you. You don't have to justify why. You don't have to delete the file. You don't have to argue your case.

We'd love to hear what didn't work for you so we can make the guides better, but that's a request, not a condition of the refund.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@kindlingco.store with:

  • The email address you used to buy
  • The order number (it's in your confirmation email)
  • One line about what didn't work, if you're up for sharing — but no need

We aim to process refunds within 2 working days. The money goes back to the original payment method.

A note for EU consumers

Under EU consumer law, digital downloads can be excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once you've started the download. We voluntarily offer a 7-day refund anyway, regardless of whether you've downloaded the files. This is a brand promise — not a legal requirement we're required to make.

A few honest notes

  • Digital downloads can't be "returned" in the way physical goods can. We trust you. If you say a guide wasn't right for you, that's enough.
  • There's no time limit on contacting us if there's a technical problem (broken download link, missing file, corrupted PDF). Email us anytime and we'll sort it.
  • For purchases through affiliate links or discount codes, the refund still applies the same way — you bought from us, you can get a refund from us.
  • Bundle refunds work the same as individual guides. If the Brain-Friendly Bundle isn't right for you, we'll refund the full bundle price within 7 days.
